What is after care advise after getting fillers?
-Avoid touching or applying pressure to the treated area for the first 24 hours to allow the filler to settle properly.
-Avoid strenuous exercise, hot baths, saunas, and steam rooms for at least 24 hours after treatment to minimize swelling and bruising.
-Apply ice packs or cold compresses to the treated area intermittently for the first 24 hours to reduce swelling and discomfort.
-Avoid alcohol consumption and exposure to direct sunlight or heat for the first 24 hours after treatment, as these can increase swelling and bruising.
-Sleep with your head elevated on pillows for the first few nights after treatment to reduce swelling.
-Avoid massaging or manipulating the treated area unless instructed to do so by your healthcare provider.
-Use gentle, non-abrasive skincare products and avoid harsh chemical peels or laser treatments in the treated area for at least two weeks after filler injections.
-Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water to help the body flush out toxins and promote healing.
-Avoid taking blood-thinning medications or supplements, such as aspirin or fish oil, unless prescribed by your healthcare provider, as these can increase the risk of bruising.
